What is RAC Rewards in partnership with Barclays?
RAC have created an all-new bespoke rewards scheme for Barclays Travel Pack, Barclays Travel Plus Pack and Breakdown Cover Pack customers which will be hosted and managed by Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP). The new Rewards Scheme will provide Barclays Pack Customers with offers and discounts which are both carefully selected rewards and big-brand discounts.

Am I eligible to enjoy the rewards?
The new RAC Rewards platform is available to Barclays Bank UK PLC customers who hold Barclays Travel Pack, Barclays Travel Plus Pack and Breakdown Cover Pack. You will be able to continue enjoying the rewards for as long as you hold a valid insurance pack with Barclays Bank UK PLC.

I’m interested in joining RAC and receiving these rewards – how do I do this?
Great, we'd love you to join RAC Rewards, which is new feature of the RAC benefits, offered through the above insurance pack range. If you're interested in purchasing one of the Barclays Travel Packs, please visit https://www.barclays.co.uk/insurance/travel-insurance/ to find out more. You can also apply for a Pack through Barclays Online Banking, the Barclays App or by visiting your local Barclays branch.

I’m having trouble accessing my RAC Rewards via the log in page.
If you hold an eligible Barclays Insurance Pack and you can't access your rewards, this likely means that your information is out of date on Barclays Bank UK PLC records. Please contact Barclays Bank UK PLC to check your details.
Once this is complete, after 24 hours, the RAC will share the updated details with The Marketing Lounge Partnership so you can access the RAC Rewards via the log in page.

How do the offer categories work?
We will always make sure that the offers available to customers are up to date and relevant to RAC and Barclays Insurance Pack customers.
Top offers are rewards which will be around for a while to redeem again and again at your convenience.
Seasonal offers will be updated to fall in line with the four seasons.
Today’s Offers will change on a regular basis and will be based on customer interaction and what customers want to see.
So, keep a look out and visit the RAC Rewards portal to see what amazing offers are available to you.

How can I find rewards and offers in my area?"
Visit rewards.rac.co.uk/barclays and click on ‘nearby local offers’ page. Use the function to search by inputting your postcode and it will bring up all rewards and offers local to you.
Want to look for another town/city then just change the postcode and it will show all rewards and offers local to that specific town/city.

One of the offers I liked is no longer on the website.
Please make sure that you read all the information available about the offers and rewards as they do have expiry dates and you don’t want to miss out. This is so we can keep things fresh and relevant for customers.
