If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Site.

USE OF THIS SITE

The rights in the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of this Site are owned by or licensed to RAC Motoring Services (RAC). They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All such rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the written permission of RAC. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

WHO MAY USE THIS SITE

This Site and the RAC Rewards benefits are only offered to and may only be accepted and used by current RAC Breakdown or Car Insurance customers. If you cease to be an RAC Breakdown or Car Insurance customer, you will no longer be eligible to use the Site and accept RAC Rewards benefits and you cannot acquire any new RAC Rewards benefits after you cease being an RAC Breakdown or Car Insurance customer.

The RAC Rewards benefits and information about them are for your own use only. You are not entitled to copy or distribute the information on this Site for any other purpose, including publication or re-publication in any format, whether for commercial or private use.

You must not use the Site if you, or we, are not permitted to do so under any relevant laws and regulations.

You must not allow any other person to use the Site or acquire any RAC Rewards benefits on your behalf.

Not all RAC Rewards benefits are available in all places and to all customers at all times. You should check to ensure that the RAC Rewards benefits are suitable for you, your circumstances and your location.

We may change the content, services, offers and RAC Rewards benefits offered on the Site at any time and without prior notice. We may also change these Terms.

LIABILITY

We try to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content of this Site should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.

The Site is for your personal use and is not to be used for any commercial purpose. As a result, neither MLP nor RAC is liable for, in any circumstances, your loss of profits. Neither MLP nor RAC shall be liable for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data unless the loss results from something RAC has done wrong.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

MLP or RAC may change the Site or these terms at any time. If you use the Site after MLP has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.

SUSPENSION OR WITHDRAW

No guarantee is given that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

Neither MLP nor RAC will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide the Site for any reason beyond our control

TRANSFER

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
